Yes, our headquarters is in the Washington DC Metropolitan region and the owner lives in Alexandria, VA.
Currently our goods are offered 100% online and there are no plans in the foreseeable future for a brick and motor store. This way, we can keep our cost down and pass the savings on to customers. Afterall, not too many of us are willing to buy a $500 t-shirt.
Currently, we do not accept phone calls. However, you can contact us via email at support@tanyastees.com or complete and submit the contact form found on the Contact Us page. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a reply.
Absolutely not! From time to time, we do controlled email marketing campaigns 4 - 6 times per year that you can always opt out of.
Shopping Information

To place an order, simply browse our online store and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll enter your shipping and payment details. Once confirmed, your order will be processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal they offer a guest checkout option. Soon Amazon Pay will be available.
Our fulfillment center ensures that similar products are grouped together under one shipping category and therefore have the same shipping rates. For the U.S. t-shirts, leggings, and fanny packs are all in one category with the same shipping rate. Shipping is $3.99 for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item. Other items have different starting price points. For example, backpacks ship at $9.99 for the first item and $4.00 for the second. For rates outside of the U.S. or for more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.
- Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country to check for shipping availability and associated costs.
- It usually takes 2-7 business days for an order to be shipped.
- To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to our fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way!
- We partner with global carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS.com, DPD, and Latvijas Pasts to give you the best shipping experience.
NOTE: Due to labor constraints, shipping times can take up to 14 business days. We ask for your patience and understanding as our fulfillment centers are processing and handling orders with limited staff.

Orders & Returns
Order processing times may vary depending on the product and its availability. In general, we strive to process orders within 1-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tanya's Tees & More is a print-on-demand retailer, and we do not retain any stock. We create all our own designs and send them to our supplier who only prints items once an order has been placed and because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges should you change your mind about a purchase.
Problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Please do not return any items without first contacting support@tanastees.com as this will cause a delay. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 24 hours after the product is received. We require at least 3 photos from different angles to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment.

We recommend that you carefully review your shopping cart, double checking the design and size before placing any orders.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We require at least three (3) photos from different angles to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. If you receive the wrong size for an item, only one (1) photo is required.
Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods (bathing suits, etc.), are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, Tanya’s Tees will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. In these cases, please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left behind the bushes near the back porch.”
For packages not showing as delivered by the carrier that were lost in transit, please email support@tanystees.com to submit a claim. All claims must be submitted no more than 72 hours after the estimated delivery date.
