We do not offer returns or exchanges should you change your mind about a purchase. However, any problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Please do not return any items without first contacting us at support@tanyastees.com, as this will cause a delay. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 72 hours after the product is received.
Be mindful that we will require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
